Adam has been a design engineer for 10 years with applications across multiple supplier platforms within the automotive industry and various manufacturing processes. He enjoys the challenges that new projects bring and takes the best practices from every job applying them as value-add to current scenarios.  Leading with passion and diligence, Adam has the vocational expertise to assist from product ideation to assembly line implementation. 

After the military Mike worked his way from shops to design.  He has been in design and engineering for over 10 years now and loves the many paths it has taken him. With a depth of experience across multiple manufacturing processes, Mike provides critical insight to customers to help make projects both an economic and engineering success when they go to market.  

Ethan has been in design and engineering for more than a decade with ground-level experience in manufacturing design and process-to-product optimization. Ethan brings a mental dexterity to the group that pushes innovation in design further for AME's clientele.
